Clear Cache and Cookies

How to Clear Cache and Cookies for Google Chrome
If you are experiencing issues with pages not loading quickly or correctly you may need to clear the cache and cookies for your browser using the steps below.
 

  1. Open the History management page by doing one of the following:
    a. Click on the 3 vertically stacked dots in the top right, hover over “History”, and click “History” from the expanded menu.

    -OR-

    b. Press ‘Ctrl’ + ‘H’ on your keyboard.
     
  2. Click "Clear Browsing Data.”

  3. In the Clear Browsing Data window that comes up ensure the following:
    i. The time range is set to “All Time.”
    ii. The checkbox for “Cookies and other site data” is checked.
    iii. The check box for “Cached images and files” is checked.

  4. Click the “Clear data" button and wait for the Clear Browsing Data window to close automatically.
     

After you clear cache and cookies you will need to sign back in to most websites, but any saved passwords will still be saved.
