Adding Building Printers

To add a comunal printer for your building follow the steps below.

  1. If you go to the printers settings for your computer (press the windows key or click in the search bar at the bottom and type in "printer", and it'll pull up.) and then at the top there will be a button to add a printer.
  2. Once you click that right underneath it there should be one of 2 things:
    • A line that says "show printers associated with:" and then a dropdown menu. If you click the dropdown menu, there should be the option to select work or school. Selecting that should let you add the Printers for your building.
    • An option to sign in with your work/school account. Click the button to sign in and a window will pop up with your account. Click your account and then it should close that window and then give you an option to look for printers like in the paragraph above this one.
  3. you should then see the communal printers for your building, and you should have the option to add them.

Classroom printers are not registered to the print server, so those will have to be configured manually. If you have any issues or questions please reach out to your tech support team.
