HelixIntel Work Order Guide

  • To access HelixIntel, our work order system, click on the “HelixIntel (Work Orders)” app from you Classlink Launchpad.

    The HelixIntel (Work Orders) icon features a blue square with a white design.

     

    In the page that opens click on the “Sign in with Google Button”.

  • Once you are signed in to HelixIntel you will come to the “Work Requests” page where you can submit a new work request and see existing Requests that you’ve submitted. To submit a new work request click the “+New” button to open the dialog box to fill in the details for the request.
