2011 Senior Last Week Itinerary
Tuesday ------Finals 1,2,3,4. Academic Awards -----dinner 6pm, presentation 7 pm.
Wednesday -----Finals 5,6,7. Senior class meeting 4th hour in the Auditorium
Tuesday and Wednesday ----check in books at your teacher’s request.
Thursday ------No school. Bacc practice 12:30, meet in auditorium. Baccalaureate ------6:30 meet in Caldwell’s room with cap and gown. Ceremony at 7pm followed by senior video.
Friday ------Grad set up, meet in gym at 8 am. Practice with band two times beginning at 10:30. Finish set up and decorations. Students who are speaking will have a sound check about 1 pm. Meet in Caldwell’s room 6:15 with cap and gown and all cords, etc. Group photo about 6:30. 7 pm Graduation
